Ontario Champions - Stroke Seat

In 2019, I joined Queen’s University’s Junior Novice rowing squad (having never rowed before). Between all the 4 AM wake-ups and sleepless nights the day before competitions, we managed to build a team of provincial champions, winning the Ontario gold medal in the novice men’s eight. The hard work and dedication required to reach our goal of being the best has stuck with me to this day - because it makes the victory at the end all the sweeter.
